At the Termarium different group techniques can be developed: dry and wet heat baths, aromatic showers, toning massages, jacuzzi, thermal relaxation pool, and thermal chairs.
The indoor thermal pool is equipped with swan necks, panoramic shower and 32 underwater jets, and offers wonderful views of the Xurés mountains.
On the ground floor, the guest can enjoy a calmer environment for the proper application of masotherapy and aesthetic techniques.

Type: Hyperthermal, with very weak mineralization. Predominant ions: Bicarbonate and Sodium.
Suggested temperature: 73.4º
Indications: Degenerative rheumatic pathologies. Arthromyalgia. Fibromyalgia. Symptoms derived from stress. Adjuvant in dermatological treatments.

- Respect the capacity limits of the thermal pools and the relaxation area.
- Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the thermal area.
- Minors under 18 years old are not permitted to undergo thermal techniques.
- Mandatory shower before entering the facilities. Wear swimsuit, cap, and flip-flops exclusively for the spa (if staying at the hotel, this will be done in the room).
- Use loungers with towel or bathrobe. They cannot be moved.
- Bathrobes and towels must be placed in the containers located in the locker rooms.
- D.E.S.: The Health Status Declaration is a confidential document required to improve therapeutic services in certain spa techniques. The medical department will be informed and will advise you on the best possible service.
