In its ongoing commitment to quality, Caldaria Termal S.L, has implemented a quality management system in its Spa Hotels of Arnoia, Laias, and Lobios through which activities are planned and developed to ensure compliance with established legal requirements and continuous improvement activities. Its activity is based on the therapeutic use of mineral medicinal waters whose application promotes health in the broad sense of the term, physical, psychological, and social well-being. Promoting healthy lifestyle habits among our clients. As pillars of this quality policy, the following principles are formulated:
