Admirable landscapes at the foot of the Xurés-Gerês biosphere
Near the Hotel-Spa runs the Via Nova, an ancient Roman road that connected the towns of Braga and Astorga; in this area, several sections that have been restored can be walked. On Saturdays, the spa's Entertainment team conducts guided tours of the thermal town's surroundings.
Our guests can complete their stay by visiting some of the most notable local heritage attractions, such as the Muiños megalithic park, the Roman camp Aquis Querquennis, the Visigothic church of Santa Comba de Bande, or Santa Maria de Entrimo, featuring an outstanding baroque facade.
The geodestination Terra de Celanova - Serra do Xurés also offers the possibility of taking different types of tourist routes (archaeological, historical, nature, literary, magical) guided by historical figures such as Emperor Vespasian or the monk Rudesindus.

Del 15 de julio al 15 de septiembre el Xeodestino Celanova-Xurés y Ecoturismo Xurés te ofrecen una gran variedad de actividades para que puedas disfrutar de este territorio único. Experiencias de naturaleza en familia, rutas anfibias por pozas y ríos, visitas guiadas al patrimonio histórico y cultural de la comarca, paseos por la naturaleza en los que entrarás en contacto con etnografía local y excursiones en kajak descendiendo el río Salas.
Durante el resto del año tienes da posibilidad de disfrutar de actividades a la carta desde 20 € persona ( rutas a caballo, , safaris fotográficos de fauna, rutas de senderismo y trekking, rutas anfibias por pozas y ríos, avistamiento de fauna -cabra montesa-, interpretación de rastros de fauna, gastronomía local y equinoterapia)

During your stay at the spa, you can enjoy a variety of activities in contact with nature such as mountain biking routes, road cycling, and walking offered by the surroundings of the Xurés-Gerês World Biosphere Reserve, guided hiking routes, horse riding routes and walks, catamaran outings on the Albufeira da Caniçada, as well as water activities and adventure park in the Serra do Leboreiro.
