The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase subject to availability and the opening period of the establishment. After this period, the voucher will expire without the right to a refund.

An appointment is required both for thermal treatments and for the medicinal mineral water pools.

It is necessary to present the invitation upon arrival at the establishment for its use.

Vouchers are not cumulative. They cannot be purchased for more nights than those included in each of them.
