Accommodation and Dining

Guests staying at Caldaria hotels can enjoy the mineromedicinal water pools for 2 hours per day, by appointment and subject to availability.

Room availability from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 12:00 p.m., without prejudice to the use of other facilities.

One free extra bed (upon request and subject to availability) in accommodation-only for children up to 12 years old (inclusive) in a room with 2 adults.

Free crib for babies (upon request and subject to availability) in a room with 2 adults. Accommodation only.

Meal plan with buffet menu (drink included: water)

Junior suite, family and superior rooms, as well as rooms with river views in Laias, are always upon request and subject to availability.

Spa

Check spa hours at each establishment according to the season. Hours may vary based on company-established criteria.

Free loan of robe and towel during the stay.

Use of non-slip slippers, swimsuit, and swim cap is mandatory in thermal facilities.

For spa programs starting from a 4-night stay and involving 3 or more hydrotherapy treatments daily, a medical consultation will be mandatory. The medical consultation must be by prior appointment.

Minors under 18 years old may not undergo thermal treatments.

Children under 4 are not allowed in thermal facilities. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

To comply with capacity and hygiene regulations and protocols, prior appointment is required for treatments and thermal techniques; also for access to mineromedicinal water pools (limited to 2 hours per day per person). Limited capacity.

The thermal techniques listed in our menu and those included in programs and offers may be subject to change. Techniques included in a package that cannot be performed will be replaced by similar ones.
